No. 14 Pitt volleyball off to 6-0 start after sweep in Seton Hall Challenge

The No. 14 ranked Pitt volleyball team continued its fast start this weekend at the Seton Hall Challenge. The Panthers won three straight matches, defeating Oklahoma, VCU, and host Seton Hall to move to 6-0 on the season.

The box scores might not indicate much trouble as Pitt won a total of nine sets, dropping only one. But Oklahoma gave them a good test on Friday. The Sooners actually took the first set in pretty convincing fashion, 25-16. But the Panthers bounced back to take the next three, 25-19, 25-21, and 25-22.

Pitt had decidedly less trouble with Seton Hall and VCU (1-5), sweeping each team.
