Former Pitt running back LeSean McCoy found the end zone for the first time this season when the Buffalo Bills hosted the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday afternoon. The touchdown put an end to a six-game scoreless streak for McCoy that stretched back to last season.
The running back’s slump saw more than just his touchdown total diminished, though, as he simply couldn’t get much going on the ground from Week 2 to Week 5. However, he was well aware of his struggles and addressed them ahead of the game.
“It’s been long enough," he said, according to Mike Rodak of ESPN.
