Here are this week’s ACC football power rankings.
The biggest rise this week was Duke moving up three spots after blowing out Georgia Tech. Biggest fall? That’s of course the Yellow Jackets, who didn’t really deserve to be all the way up at No. 5 last week but had to move up by virtue of an upset win over Virginia Tech.
