Junior college transfer Ryan Murphy signed an aid agreement to solidify his commitment to Pitt and officially join the team on Friday, per a release from the school. The former New Mexico Junior College guard is Pitt’s fourth recruit of the 2019 class and the third to sign a binding agreement with the program.
”Ryan is a seasoned player with a strong competitive spirit,” Pitt head coach Jeff Capel said in a statement. “He is an outstanding shooter with deep range and will be an excellent floor-spacer in our offense. He has the skill set and intangibles to be a significant contributor for us.
