Ex-Pitt star Jaylen Twyman injured in D.C. shooting

Former Pitt defensive lineman Jaylen Twyman was the victim of a shooting in Washington, D.C., on Monday. However, according to agent Drew Rosenhaus, who represents Twyman, he is expected to make a full recovery.

Twyman was in Washington visiting an aunt when he and three other people were shot on the 300 block of 50th Street in the nation’s capital. Twyman was shot four times, but he will not require surgery, as his wounds were superficial. In addition, Rosenhaus noted that Twyman did not suffer any broken bones.

“Wrong place, wrong time,” Rosenhaus told Adam Schefter of ESPN on Monday.
