That tweet got everyone running to a TV to put on ESPN2 just in time to see Lakeland, Florida running AJ Davis commit to the Pitt Panthers on national television. This announcement should wrap up the class of 2017 at 24 commitments.
AJ Davis is now the second four-star running back to commit to the Pitt Panthers for this recruiting cycle, joining Ohio native Todd Sibley. With James Conner leaving early, it’s nice to have some serious talent entering the fold at the position next season.
