Pittsburgh attorney Todd Hollis told news outlet KDKA on Wednesday that he will file criminal charges on behalf of a client of his against Pitt alum Aaron Donald following an alleged assault that left his client injured.
Hollis’ client, DeVincent Spriggs, alleges that he was assaulted by the Los Angeles Rams defensive tackle at some time between 3 a.m. and 4 a.m. on Sunday. The report from KDKA included a photo of Spriggs with a swollen eye, and it stated that Hollis and Spriggs intend to file the charges at the Zone 3 police station in Pittsburgh’s Allentown neighborhood.
