Pitt became bowl eligible after they closed their season with two wins over Syracuse and Miami, finishing with a 6-6 record. The Panthers beat Bowling Green in the Little Caesar's Bowl last season - where will they end up this year?
BITCOIN St. Petersburg Bowl (ACC vs. AAC)
Fri., Dec. 26, 8:00 p.m. ET
Pitt would like to play a team from another power conference, but they don't have a lot of options when it comes to deciding where they'll play this postseason. They’ll get to face a team with a better record – likely UCF or Cincinnati – and a trip to Florida is something fans would enjoy.
Sun Bowl (Pac-12 vs ACC)
Sat., Dec. 27, 2:30 p.m. ET
Sun Bowl Stadium, El Paso, TX
The Sun Bowl will feature two teams that middled around their respective conference standings, but this will still prove to be a good game. The problem with the Sun Bowl is that fans rarely want to travel to El Paso to play a team from the other side of the country, and Pitt fans are no different.
Quick Lane Bowl (Big Ten vs ACC)
Fri., Dec. 26, 4:30 p.m. ET
Pitt wasn't dreaming of returning to the Quick Lane Bowl (formerly the Little Caesar’s Bowl) when the season started, but that's where they're most likely to end up. There's a good chance that the Panthers would face in-state rival Penn State in this game, which would make this game a whole lot more appealing.
