The NBA Finals rolls on as does our coverage of the 2024 NBA Draft and how the Phoenix Suns should approach it. Options exist, and while there is no guarantee as to whether or not their selection will be a regular contributor next season, at least they will be under an acceptable contract. Some people have night tremors, others sleepwalk. I have nightmares about the Suns’ cap situation.
We’ve discussed in detail three prospects thus far. One meets the need as a backup big, potentially making Drew Eubanks obsolete. One is a trade-back option with a team-first attitude who will forever be a 12th man on the bench, which may ultimately be what Phoenix needs.
