But Phoenix Xavier College Prep's nuns' love for the Suns is on display, from the school's marquee to the shirts they wear, as the Suns try to capture their first NBA championship since arriving in the Valley in 1968.
"Our school has been big fans since Day 1," said Sister Lynn Winsor, who has been at the all-girls Catholic school since 1974. "Our sisters are sports-minded. We're loyal to the sports teams.
"We went to the World Series (in 2001 when the Diamondbacks beat the New York Yankees in seven games).
