The (1-1) Phoenix Suns traveled to take on the (1-0) Portland Trailblazers in their third preseason game. This was not your normal preseason game as Phoenix and Portland were involved in a huge trade less than a month ago.
Former Suns' number one overall pick Deandre Ayton was traded to Portland as part of that deal. This is his first game against his former team. He didn't have much to say about this match-up.
