Eric Gordon had a pretty good game for the Phoenix Suns (2-2) tonight, finishing with 20 points and six assists in 36 minutes, starting in place of the injured Devin Booker and Bradley Beal.
His play helped the Phoenix Suns oame out looking dominant against the San Antonio Spurs, leading 95-82 after three quarters.
However, they were outscored 33-19 in the fourth by a gritty San Antonio team. It all came to a crash when Kevin Durant was stripped with five seconds left and the Spurs’ Keldon Johnson laid it up with less than two seconds remaining to give the Spurs (2-2) a 115-114.
