The NBA Cup may have had some competitiveness, although the average margin of victory was 13 points between the semifinal and final game. Perhaps if the Phoenix Suns were one of those final four teams I would have cared more, but still, I do not see the point of the spectacle. I understand it on the surface, but peel away some of the layers, and it truly is pointless.
