How about the first week of free agency? The Suns missed it by that much with LaMarcus Aldridge, but made a big splash with the acquisition of Tyson Chandler. They also broke up the Morris twins, shipping Marcus Morris, Danny Granger and Reggie Bullock to the Detroit Pistons to clear cap space for Aldridge.
Other teams are doing their thing. Around the Pacific Division, the Los Angeles Lakers signed Lou Williams and Roy Hibbert, the Golden State Warriors PAID Draymond Green, the Sacramento Kings signed Rajon Rondo and Kosta Koufos, the Los Angeles Clippers lost DeAndre Jordan to the Dallas Mavericks, and the Portland Trailblazers lost everyone except Damian Lillard to the rest of the league.
