The Phoenix Suns will host a night full of Latin flavor on Wednesday, in celebration of Día de los Muertos, when the team takes on the Portland Trail Blazers at Talking Stick Resort Arena. Tip-off is scheduled for 7 p.m.
The first 5,000 fans, age 21 and older, in attendance will receive a special-edition Calaveras bobblehead, courtesy of Hornitos tequila.
In celebration of the special night, the team will have mariachi music playing in the Casino Arizona Pavilion and Calaveras face painting on the Fry’s Plaza prior to tip-off. The team will don its purple Los Suns uniforms and the National Anthem will be performed by Jesus Ramos and Mariachi Azteca de Oro.
