Phoenix Suns television broadcasts will take on a new look beginning tonight with the team’s pregame, halftime and postgame shows being produced from a freshly renovated studio at Arizona State’s Walter Cronkite School of Journalism in downtown Phoenix.
The new set, which has been home to Suns’ away-game broadcasts for the past four seasons, now sports a modern, tech-friendly feel including three 70-inch HD monitors and energy efficient color changeable LED accent lighting. The studio was designed by Southwest Scenic, a Tempe-based company who also built the club’s original set 23 years ago. A photo of the new set is attached.
