How good is Suns rookie forward Josh Jackson running these days?
In the second half of Phoenix’s 108-100 victory over the Denver Nuggets on Friday, Jackson made one of those out-of-control drives he’s come to be known for. At the last second, trapped really, he tried a reverse spinning layup in which he appeared to let the shot go while he was still sideways to the basket.
The ball hit the glass and went in.
“I actually didn’t see the rim or the backboard until the last second,” Jackson said. “My thought process was get it up on the rim and maybe miss it and try to tip it in.
