While most basketball fans spent their Thursday night in front of a television watching the NBA on TNT and Inside the NBA -- although, sans Charles Barkley, is it really worthwhile? -- some of us spent our time watching a different screen. With a $5.3 million Thursday night box office, it’s hard to deny that Spectre, the latest in the James Bond saga, was a success and I took advantage of a rare off night to partake in the fun.
While the film was the Steve Nash of Bond flicks, scored when it needed to and set everything else up, I couldn’t help but find my mind wondering back to my favorite passtime, the Phoenix Suns.
