Can you stretch a four so much in the NBA that you get a five?
It’s a dumb joke, I know, but Alex Len may force us to take the idea of the stretch-5 in the Association seriously. That, or the joke may be on all of us.
During Tuesday’s "Summer Suns" practice, the 7-1 center dropped a little info on the media contingent huddled around him. He told them, with a smile, that he’d been working on a corner 3-point shot.
“We can space the floor that way,” Len said. “Keef can dive to the rim and I’m going to have a wide-open shot every time.
