Mikal Bridges is like every other NBA player wanting to return and resume the season.
After going weeks without formal basketball activities since the league shut down in March, Bridges has been participating in the Phoenix Suns voluntary individual workouts that that NBA reopened in mid-May with strict safety protocols amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
"Just knowing that you can control what you can control. It was tough," Bridges said about the layoff in a media conference call Thursday. "You always want to work out. Even if you do want to take time off, never really for a month.
