Trade deadline.
Point guard.
Expiring contracts.
Disappointing season.
His future.
Suns interim general manager James Jones addressed all of that and more Friday as NBA trade deadline passed Thursday afternoon with Phoenix not making any major moves.
Sending 10-year NBA veteran Ryan Anderson to Miami for Tyler Johnson and Wayne Ellington, who they later waived Thursday, was the only deal the Suns made right before the deadline.

“We wanted to go into the trade deadline for the purpose of getting a player and not a project,” Jones said.
