The Suns resume practice Wednesday night with the hope that Brandon Knight resumes playing in the near future.
The Suns figure to get Ronnie Price back first after his recuperation from toe surgery but Knight will resume point-guard duties alongside rookie Devin Booker in the starting backcourt once he is ready to return from a groin strain.
The Suns have gone 1-11 without Knight this season, all of which came while the team’s other point guards, Eric Bledsoe and Price, also were out. The Suns (14-40) have won two of 22 games since losing Bledsoe to a season-ending knee injury and have lost 24 of their past 26 games overall.
