The Phoenix Suns could easily overlook Monday night's game at Houston.
For one, the Rockets have the NBA's second-worst record. Only Minnesota's is worse.
Then again, the Timberwolves stunned the Suns this season in Phoenix.
Two, the Suns (34-14) have a pivotal back-to-back on deck Wednesday against NBA-leader Utah and Thursday at the Los Angeles Clippers.
Both will be on national television with major implications as Phoenix, currently second in the West, is 3-1/2 games behind the Jazz and 2-1/2 games ahead of the Clippers.
Winners of five straight, Phoenix clearly understands the importance of those big-time matchups against the Jazz and Clippers, but Houston seems to have its full attention.
