The Suns picked up 2016-17 team options on the contracts of Alex Len, T.J. Warren and Archie Goodwin.
Len, 22, progressed to starting center in his second season last year, making it an easy choice to exercise a $4.82 million option for the final year of his rookie contract. That will be a $1 million raise from his salary this season, when he backs up his new mentor, Tyson Chandler.
Warren, 22, also was a simple decision given how he finished his rookie season and how he projects for an increased role in his second season, when he will make $2.
