Not even Dario Saric's deep voice could mask how excited he was to play in his first NBA Finals.
"It's a dream come true," Saric said after Tuesday morning's shootaround. "All these games, all the workouts you did when you were like seven, eight years old and right now, in my case, 27 (years old), it's like, that's it. This is now. You play two minutes, five minutes, 15 minutes, whatever (Coach Monty Williams) decides, go out there and compete. Play as fast as possible, hard as possible and help your team win."
Unfortunately, Saric didn't get to live out his dream for long in Game 1.
