Joining in the efforts of teams around the NBA, the Phoenix Suns will cover part-time and hospitality staff during the league’s hiatus, a source familiar with the team’s plans told me.
The Suns will pay workers for all shifts related to the team’s six remaining home games as well as concerts and events, such as this weekend’s canceled Disney On Ice tour stop, for the foreseeable future. The team will then ensure scheduled workers are also placed back on the schedule when and if postponed events are put on.
Such postponed events include the March 15 Post Malone concert.
