Tim Kempton Jr. should be a familiar name to Suns fans.
The 6-foot-10 forward is a Scottsdale native and son of Suns radio color analyst and former NBA forward Tim Kempton. He was one of six players to work out for the Suns on Friday as the team prepares for the June 22 NBA draft.
A two-time Patriot League Player of the Year at Lehigh, Kempton Jr. is the league's all-time leading rebounder (1,095) and is fourth in points scored (2,043). He said playing for the Suns would be a dream could true,
"It's surreal," Kempton Jr.
