The Suns suspended forward Marquese Chriss on Saturday after Chriss got into a 'verbal altercation' with an assistant coach, according to an ESPN report.
Chriss' suspension was reportedly for one game.
Chriss had 3 points and 3 rebounds in 13 minutes of play Friday night in the Suns 129-97 loss to the Utah Jazz on Friday night.
The Suns are scheduled to play the Charlotte Hornets at 1 p.m. Sunday in Phoenix.
Chriss has started 40 games for the Suns this season - every game since Earl Watson was fired in which Chriss was healthy.
