Remember When: Phoenix Suns’ Guard Drops Summer League Record 42 Points

Devin Booker will likely finish as a top-3 scorer in the Las Vegas Summer League (26.0 per game, 2 games played).

Tyler Ulis has been relentless on defense, averaging 3.8 steals per game, good for 2nd in the league so far.

However, nobody on the Suns has come close to matching the single-game performance put on by Marcus Banks back in 2007 against the Cleveland Cavaliers: 42 points, shooting 13-19 from the field, 4-5 from three-point range, and 12-14 from the free throw line.

Note that Marcus Banks did go to UNLV, and this game was played at their arena.
