Phoenix Suns guard Devin Booker dished out six assists, including five in the first half, to help Team USA to revenge against South Sudan on Wednesday.
In the starting lineup again joined by Stephen Curry, LeBron James, Jayson Tatum and Anthony Davis, Booker’s six assists are an Olympic career high and they help solidify the Americans’ standing at the top of Group C after beating then-unbeaten South Sudan.
His first one came on a nice defensive stand, and he paid off to James, who started the sequence. These are often the sequences that start dominant runs for Team USA.
