Phoenix Suns guard Cameron Payne called for fans to stop fighting in the stands when addressing "Suns in 4" fan Nick McKellar's exchanging blows with a Denver Nuggets fan near the end of Game 3 of the conference semifinals.
"Everybody just needs to come watch the game and have fun at the games," Payne said after Friday's practice. "That's what it's about."
Two days later at Game 1 of the conference finals at Phoenix Suns Arena on Father's Day, with McKellar in attendance, fans from the Los Angeles Clippers and Suns got into it in the arena's upper concourse, with the fight captured on video.
