Not again.
Chris Paul felt that right neck and arm snap Tuesday night like it did in Game 1 when he first injured his right shoulder.
"It scared me," Paul said.
The initial injury came in a collision with Cam Johnson after Paul tried to contest a tip-in by LeBron James in the first half of a 99-90 Game 1 win to open this best-of-7 series for the second-seeded Suns.
Paul wasn't the same for the rest of Game 1.
He labored through Game 2 and Game 3, but with two days off, coupled with continual treatment, Paul had his best game of the series in leading Phoenix to a Game 4 victory after convincing head coach Monty Williams and General Manager James Jones to let him start the game.
