Phoenix Suns falter late, fall to Brooklyn Nets

The Suns have been unbothered by their poor 3-point shooting thus far but it never made as much of a difference in a game as it did Wednesday.

The Suns defended well enough, took care of the ball well enough and scored in the paint enough to be able to win a game against a fellow losing team on their home floor.

The Suns have been the NBA’s 28th-ranked 3-point shooting team at 30.3 percent but went colder than that with 24 percent 3-point shooting in a 122-104 loss to Brooklyn at Talking Stick Resort Arena.

The Suns' continued cold long-distance shooting was only exaggerated by the Nets’ ability to do it.
