According to USA Today’s Michael Scotto, the Phoenix Suns are currently monitoring the potential buyout status of Wizards point guard Delon Wright.
With Jordan Goodwin now with the Grizzlies, the Suns lack depth at point guard, relying primarily on Devin Booker to carry the load.
Selected in the 1st round of the 2015 draft by the Toronto Raptors, Wright has since played for six other teams. He has been with the Wizards for the past season and a half.
This year, Wright has seen his role reduced significantly with Tyus Jones taking over as the primary point guard for the Wizards.
