The Phoenix Suns have won three of their last four games, and at least some of the credit is going toward the backup point guard.
Suns General Manager Ryan McDonough had nothing but praise for Ronnie Price, the veteran guard signed to provide relief minutes behind starters Eric Bledsoe and Brandon Knight. Through five games, the 6-2 playmaker is averaging 5.6 points and 1.2 steals while shooting 50 percent from the field and 41.7 percent from three-point range.
During his appearance on the Burns & Gambo show of Arizona Sports 98.7 FM, McDonough went out of his way to illustrate just how much of an impact Price has provided.
