Since the Suns split Markieff and Marcus Morris by trading Marcus to Detroit last month, Marcus largely has been the only person directly involved to comment publicly except for Markieff's immediate "Lol this a foul game here man!" tweet on July 2.
Marcus expressed his displeasure with the Suns and the trade during his Pistons introductory press conference and then called the team "clowns" and most of Suns fans "bandwagon" in subsequent tweets. He also suggested Markieff would not be in Phoenix long.
Markieff and his agent, Leon Rose, have not returned calls seeking comment since the trade.
