As predicted by many, it’s been a slow free agency for most of the league. The Phoenix Suns have been no exception to the rule. The team has signed just a handful of new free agents. This season’s roster is shaping up to be eerily similar to last season’s, except with Mike Budenholzer at the helm instead of Frank Vogel.
