The 2011 National College Player of the Year Jimmer Fredette is one of the most memorable collegiate athletes of the last decade. After spending the last three seasons playing basketball in China, the sharpshooter has returned to the NBA and is suiting up for the Phoenix Suns.
Fredette played in the NBA for five seasons before signing a three-year contract with the Shanghai Sharks of the Chinese Basketball Association. He was named the CBA International MVP in 2017 and led the league in scoring with 36.9 points per game (including a league record 219 three-pointers) last season.
With his contract now completed in China, Fredette is back in the states with a chip on his shoulder as he looks to prove himself on an NBA roster.
