Shock.
That was Ty Jerome’s initial reaction to being part of the blockbuster Chris Paul trade last month.
“No matter if you’re happy, sad, mad, whatever your emotions that you’re feeling, I think at first when you find out that you got moved to a different city to another organization, it’s a little shock at first,” Jerome said Saturday.
Jerome had good reason to feel this way.
After all, Phoenix helped orchestrate an intricate trade to get him last summer. A little more than a year later, the Suns traded him, Kelly Oubre Jr., Ricky Rubio, Jalen Lecque and a future first-round pick to Oklahoma City for Paul and reserve Abdel Nader.
