Josh Jackson is in the process of putting that nightmare in Miami behind him.
Michael A. Gottlieb, P.A., who is representing Jackson, confirmed Thursday that Jackson's felony charge of escape involving his arrest in May at a music festival at Hard Rock Stadium was reduced to a misdemeanor.
Jackson tried to run from the police while in handcuffs after being arrested for trying to enter a VIP section with the proper pass, police said.
The former Phoenix Suns wing then enrolled in a six-month diversion program in June to have that charged removed from his record.
