For a player who tore his meniscus two months ago, Suns guard Eric Bledsoe sure looked fine playing on Wednesday.
That is, until you remember he doesn’t exactly need to use his meniscus to play NBA 2K16.
The injury, unfortunately, makes it impossible for Bledsoe to play as the virtual version of himself, though.
Instead, he was forced to rely on his teammates as he faced Suns fan Jelani Mitchell in 2K16 online and streaming over Twitch, a video platform for gamers.
Mitchell, a Brooklyn resident who also cheers for the Nets, won a contest the Suns held for the chance to play Bledsoe.
