Since losing Eric Bledsoe for the season on December 26th, the Suns have been the worst team in the league – on offense and defense. Bledsoe led the Suns in scoring, assists, and steals. This production can‘t be replaced by a single player, at least not on the Suns roster.
If that wasn’t enough, the injury problems have continued, with Brandon Knight and Ronnie Price out through the all-star break, and T.J. Warren out for the season.
Knight was the second head, along with Bledsoe, on the Suns two-headed guard monster. With him out, the Suns lack depth at guard – an unfathomable thought just 12 months ago, and ultimately a result of the front office’s incompetence during that time period, and continued bad luck for the Suns.
