The Suns will open a season on national television against Dallas for the second time in three years Dec. 23 on ESPN (8:30 p.m.) at PHX Arena.
Two years ago, the Suns blasted the Mavs, 121-100, at home on ESPN to open the 2018-19 season in the rookie debuts for Deandre Ayton and Luka Doncic.
Devin Booker finished with 35 points as he was coming off a hand injury that kept him sidelined for Phoenix's preseason games. The Suns won only 19 games that season.
Phoenix defeated the Mavs twice in the bubble with the second win capping an 8-0 run in the "seeding" games.
