WASHINGTON – The Suns might seem like they are doing something unprecedented when they start a 19-year-old, a 20-year-old, two 23-year-olds and a 26-year-old.
The sage veteran of that group, Eric Bledsoe, has experienced something like it when he was a 20-year-old Clippers rookie in the NBA’s youngest starting lineup ever. Bledsoe and Al-Farouq Aminu were 20, Eric Gordon and Blake Griffin were 21 and DeAndre Jordan was 22.
“It did remind me of that but now I’m the veteran so it’s way different for me,” Bledsoe said. “At the end of the day, it’s basketball. Everybody has played basketball their whole life.
