For the first time since early March, the Coyotes were skating as a full pack.
Phase 3 of the NHL's Return to Play plan commenced Tuesday, allowing teams to start full team training camp. The energy was high inside Gila River Arena as teammates were excited to be reunited and eager to continue the team's road to bubble city Edmonton.
Head coach Rick Tocchet said he was impressed with team's work ethic and skills on the ice for it being the first day of a full team practice in four months.
"The skill level was a lot farther than I thought and I give credit to the guys skating in Phase 2," Tocchet said.
