Just three minutes after conceding the opening goal, the Union were again under heavy pressure in the 44th minute against Seattle. Andreas Ivanschitz found some open room just inside the box and blasted a left-footed shot that required Andre Blake to return to his normal bag of tricks, using his athleticism to keep the Union within one goal.
