Philadelphia Union kicks off its participation in the MLS is Back Tournament with a morning clash against New York City FC. Kick off is scheduled for 9 a.m. ET and can be viewed on ESPN and ESPN Deportes. For the MLS is Back Tournament, matchday rosters are expanded due to the new five substitution rules.
