USL Rookie of the Year Runner-Up, Bethlehem Steel's Santi Moar
Bethlehem Steel's Santi Moar was tied for the runner-up for USL Rookie of the Year. In his first professional season, Moar helped Steel FC to its first USL Cup Playoff appearance. A fourth-round selection in the 2017 MLS SuperDraft, Moar played a major role in Steel FC’s first trip to the playoffs in the club's second year of existence.
