The 2017 MLS Cup champions will be coming to Talen Energy Stadium on March 2 to open the 2019 Philadelphia Union season, the league announced on Thursday.
Toronto FC and the blue and gold will kick off at 1 p.m.
The Union will be in Kansas City, Kansas to play Sporting Kansas City nine days later at Children’s Mercy Park.
Kickoff for that Sunday afternoon game is 3 p.m. eastern time.
Toronto FC had a down season after winning MLS Cup and advancing to the final of the CONCACAF Champions League, finishing 14 points behind the Union in ninth place despite beating the Union twice by a combined 5-0 score.
