Philadelphia Union started their 2018 campaign the right way this past weekend with a 2-0 shutout win over the New England Revolution. With the win, the Union now own a record of 11-2-1 at Talen Energy Stadium, since May 6, 2017.

The folks at Soccer America moved Philadelphia Union up five slots from last week from 13 to number eight. The writers were impressed with the youth movement saying “Young debutants Auston Trusty and Anthony Fontana (goal) enabled Union in must-win opener.
